Capstone Project: Presentation Tools For Molecular Visualization (May 2003 - Dec 2003)

• Developed a cross-platform system for creating, transferring, and displaying molecular based presentations based modeled in Visual Molecular Dynamics (VMD). VMD is a molecular visualization program for displaying, animating, and analyzing large biomolecular systems using 3-D graphics and built-in scripting.
• Interfaced with VMD using both Python and TCL.
• Created a web-based presentation interface and storage medium with Zope.

Project: Analysis Of A Course Management System For Individual Instructors (Aug 2003 - Mar 2004):

• Studied the effects of using an online course management system as component of, or the entirety, of a course.
• Worked with a team building a course management system, by performing background research, evaluations and usability studies.
• Presented research and suggestions for future work.
